Meet the Hart Family
WHO WE ARE & WHY WE STARTED SWEET HART
We're the Hart family, and Sweet Hart Shaved Ice Co. started with a simple idea: create something together that brings people together, makes kids smile, and gives families a treat they can feel good about choosing.
As parents, we know some of the best memories are often the simplest ones—summer days, school events, sports games, neighborhood gatherings, and celebrations with family and friends. We wanted to build a business that could become a small part of those moments.
That's why this business is personal to us. Hart is our family name, and when our name is on the trailer, the cup, or the bowl we hand you, we want to be proud of what we're serving and the experience that comes with it.

A Classic Treat, Done a Little Differently

We love shaved ice. Kids love shaved ice.
But when we started looking more closely at what goes into many traditional treats, we realized there was an opportunity to do things differently.
So we built Sweet Hart around two standards that apply to everything we serve: no artificial dyes and no high-fructose corn syrup.
Those aren't select-menu options or promises limited to certain flavors. They're company-wide standards across our premium shaved ice, fresh lemonades, toppings, add-ons, and everything else we serve.
We're not trying to turn a sweet treat into something it isn't. It's still a treat—and it's supposed to be fun. We simply believe fun and colorful shouldn't require artificial dyes or high-fructose corn syrup, and we believe customers deserve transparency about what's in the food they're choosing for their families.

We want to be part of birthday parties, school events, sports tournaments, company celebrations, neighborhood gatherings, and the events that bring our Arizona communities together.

Hart is our family name, and putting it on this business means something to us.
We're building Sweet Hart as a family, for families. We want it to be something our kids can be proud of, something our community recognizes, and something people are genuinely happy to see show up at their next event.
Our goal isn't simply to sell shaved ice and lemonade.
It's to build a local Arizona brand known for great treats, better ingredients, memorable experiences, and a whole lot of Hart.
